CREAMY RASPBERRY OVERNIGHT OATS

 

Here is a simple recipe for creamy raspberry overnight oats that you can prepare in under 10 minutes. 

This is an amazing recipe to prep in batches for the week. It lasts for up to about 5 days in the fridge!

Raspberry Filling:

1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
1/2 tsp Drizzle of Honey

Overnight Oats:

1/3 cup GF Rolled Oats
1/4 cup Hemp Milk (add more if needed)
1/2 cup Coconut Yogurt or Greek Yogurt
1 serving (approx 30g) Protein Powder
Cinnamon (to taste)

 

Instructions

  1. In a high heat pan place 1/2 cup frozen raspberries & a touch of honey and melt it down.

  2. Next in a bowl 1/3 cup rolled oats + 1/4 cup unsweetened hemp milk + 1 serving greek or coconut yogurt+ 1 serving protein powder.

  3. Mix well then pour half of your mix in a jar, then add jam + finish rest of mix.  Seal it tight. 

  4. Add to the fridge for 3-4 hours or over night 

  5. Top it off with some cinnamon enjoy!
